Admissions: Your Questions Answered

Find quick, clear information about our admissions process, criteria, and policies to help you on your journey with us.

General & Process

Our admission policy is inclusive and open to all, irrespective of caste, creed, or religion. We seek to admit students who will thrive in our unique learning environment, which blends a 21st-century holistic curriculum with the timeless values of a Gurukul.
The admission process begins with an enquiry. We invite parents to visit our school office to understand our philosophy and see our facilities. You can collect the prospectus and registration form during your visit.
For admission to Class I and above, we conduct a baseline assessment. This is a friendly interaction to understand the child's foundational knowledge, not a formal, high-pressure examination. An admit card will be issued for this assessment after you complete the registration.
A list of selected candidates will be posted on the school notice board on the date specified during registration. Successful applicants will also receive a formal admission offer from the school.

Eligibility & Documents

The age is calculated as of April 1st, 2025-2026. The criteria are:
  • Playgroup: 2 years & 6 months
  • LKG: 3 years & 6 months
  • UKG: 4 years & 6 months
You will need to submit the following along with the registration form:
  • Official Birth Certificate (from a Municipal Corporation).
  • Three recent passport-sized photographs of the child.
  • Copy of AADHAR Card (for the child and both parents).
  • Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school (for Class I onwards).
  • Caste certificate (if applicable: SC/ST/OBC).

Fees & Payments

All school fees are due on or before the 15th of every month. We encourage timely payments to ensure the smooth functioning of our school operations.
A late fee of ₹300 is applied if dues are not cleared by the 15th of the following month. This fee is cumulative for each month of delay. We recommend contacting the accounts office if you anticipate a delay.
Yes, transportation fees are calculated for all 12 months of the academic year to cover fixed operational costs. If you wish to discontinue the service, a one-month prior written notice is required.
The complete, class-wise fee structure is available for download on our Fee Policy page. You can also collect a physical copy from the school office.
