Our Admissions Philosophy

Welcome to the admissions process at Satyamev Jayate Gurukulam. We are delighted that you are considering our school for your child's future. Our admission policy is inclusive and open to all, irrespective of caste, creed, or religion. We seek to admit students who will thrive in our unique learning environment, which blends a 21st-century holistic curriculum with the timeless values of a Gurukul.

Our goal is to make the admissions process as smooth and transparent as possible. This page will guide you through the necessary steps, criteria, and documentation.

A Clear Path to Enrollment

The Admissions Process: Step-by-Step

  • Step 1: Enquiry & Registration
    Parents are invited to visit our school office to learn more about our philosophy and facilities. You can obtain the prospectus and registration form from the office.
  • Step 2: Form Submission
    Return the completed registration form to the admissions department on or before the specified due date, along with all the required documents (listed below).
  • Step 3: Baseline Assessment (Class I onwards)
    For admission to Class I and above, a baseline assessment will be conducted to understand the child's foundational knowledge. This is an interaction, not a formal examination, and an admit card will be issued for this.
  • Step 4: Admission Offer
    A list of selected candidates will be posted on the school notice board. Successful applicants will receive a formal admission offer.

Age Criteria & Required Documents

Age Criteria (as of April 1st, 2025-2026)

  • Playgroup: 2 years & 6 months
  • LKG: 3 years & 6 months
  • UKG: 4 years & 6 months

Document Checklist

  • Official Birth Certificate (issued by a Municipal Corporation; doctor's certificates are not accepted).
  • Three recent passport-sized photographs of the child.
  • Copy of AADHAR Card (child and both parents).
  • Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school (for Class I onwards).
  • Caste certificate (if applicable: SC/ST/OBC).
  • Relevant medical documents (if applicable).
