Payment Modes & Late Fees

Accepted Payment Modes

  • Online Portal: Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI.
  • Bank Transfer: NEFT/RTGS/IMPS (details available at office).
  • In-Person at Office: Cash, Cheque, or Card Swipe.

Late Fee Policy

  • Due Date: All fees are due by the 15th of each month.
  • First Late Fee: A fee of ₹300 is applied if dues are not cleared by the 15th of the next month.
  • Subsequent Late Fee: An additional ₹300 is applied for each subsequent month of delay.

Essential Information

General Payment Guidelines

  • Office Payment Hours: Our accounts office welcomes in-person payments from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM on all working days.
  • Fee Card Responsibility: The fee card is an official payment record. Parents are requested to ensure it's updated and verified after every transaction.
  • Summer Term Fees: To streamline finances before the break, fees for May and June must be paid collectively by May 15th.
  • Student Deposit Times: For convenience, students may deposit fees at the office only during their designated break times or before/after school hours.
